How do I hire?Fill out the form on our Contact Page with all of the details of your event. We will get back to you within 24 hours. You can also email us directly at info@bloomingmoments.com.au.

Are the flowers real?We only work with artificial silk and preserved flowers. All of the flowers in our floral props are high quality artificial silk flowers. Our silk floral styling and arrangements are made up of a mix of silk and preserved.

How big are the numbers?All of our numbers are approximately 1.8m tall and 1.2m wide each. We place all of our numbers on 20cm tall white stands making the total height 2m tall.

Is a deposit required?In order to secure your booking, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required.

How much notice should I provide before my event?A notice of 1-2 months is ideal! The sooner the better as the more notice provided, the more likelihood the product will be available.

Can we pick up the props ourselves?No, we only offer delivery on all of our hire props. Pick ups are currently not available.

Is an outlet required for the floral props?All floral props have fairy lights that are battery operated.

Is delivery included in the hire price?All prices stated on our website do not include delivery. Delivery is additional and is subject to location.

What happens if something gets broken?We are aware that accidents do happen. If something gets broken or damaged, we will let you know the amount that we require to cover the cost of the damage.
