BASIS OF CONTRACT
The following Terms and Conditions must be accepted by the Hirer prior to securing the booking with Blooming Moments.

1. HIRE AND DELIVERY TERMS
1.1 Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
1.2Prices include GST and service charges unless stated otherwise.
1.3 A deposit of half the amount is required to secure the booking.

2. PAYMENT TERMS​​
2.1 All payments are to be made via bank transfer.
2.2 Hirer agrees to pay non-refundable deposit of $100 in order to secure booking.
2.3 Hirer agrees to pay balance 7 days prior to event.
2.4 If balance has not been paid, products will not be delivered.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1 Cancellations can be made prior to event but all booking deposits will be forfeited.

4. DAMAGE OF PROPS
4.1 All products will be delivered in a quality condition.
4.2 The hirer is responsible to ensure the products remain in the state that they were delivered in.
4.3 Should damage occur to the products, the repair costs will be issued.
